From 01 July 2018, Mrs. Karoline Pospiech will be the second managing director of the Zollenspieker Fährhaus alongside Oliver Kahle. After 16 years, the Zollenspieker Fährhaus will for the first time be managed by a double leadership.

Karoline Pospiech, who already worked at the Zollenspieker Fährhaus from 2011 to 2013 and prepared the administrative opening of the new hotel building in April 2012, will follow in Mr. Kahle's footsteps step by step in a flowing transition. She will mainly take care of the four-star hotel.
